Sauna Club Terms & Conditions

Hours Of Operation

Sauna sessions are currently available to monthly club members 4 days a week (WED, FRI, SAT, SUN). We are closed the Wed before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, and Independence Day. We also host special events on the Summer and Winter Solstice, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. While special events are not included in membership pricing, if they disrupt normal member hours, additional & equivalent member hours will be added to the scheduling calendar on an adjacent week.

Reservations

Members are required to book an appointment time in advance- either thru our website using their personal membership code, or by texting 208-603-7762. Appointments generally need to be booked at a minimum of 60mins in advance. A confirmation email confirms your appointment. We require that you cancel or reschedule your appointment thru the link in your confirmation email or by texting 208-603-7762. Online cancellations must take place at minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Text cancellations must be received no later than 2 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 2 hours notice will result in an additional fee of $49 per missed appointment.

Billing

Membership subscriptions bill on the same day of the month as the day of the month that you register for membership. For example, if you begin your subscription on November 20th, your second payment will be auto-deducted on Dec 20th, and your third payment on Jan 20th. You can change your default Payment Method at any time. Toasty reserves the right to determine which Payment Methods it elects to accept, in its sole discretion. Membership status changes can be requested in writing via email or text and we will reply within 48 hours to confirm your membership status change. Cancelled memberships will discontinue at the end of the monthly billing cycle. Monthly memberships are paid in advance, and are not pro-rated if membership is terminated before the next billing cycle. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

If membership is discontinued, membership can be started up again at any time. Founding members however, are able to lock in early, priority rates for as long as they continue their membership. If membership lapses, access to founding member rates close, and the membership spot becomes available to new community members.

Guests

Unlimited Sauna & Soaking Tub members are allowed to bring 1 complimentary guest per month. This complimentary pass can be used for a friend or family member over the age of 12. All other members are also allowed to bring guests, but they need to have their own appointment time reserved and paid for prior to the start of your sauna session. Parents reserving an appointment time for themselves and family members under 12 years of age must reserve a private sauna session. Private sauna sessions are not covered by memberships but can be scheduled for an additional fee.

Other Limitations

We reserve the right to accept or refuse Toasty membership enrollments at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Toasty Membership or any Toasty membership Benefits. From time to time, Toasty may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove benefits. Terms and Conditions may be periodically updated, and updated copies will be sent to all active members. Your continued enrollment after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership.
